Hippo Leadership Campus LLC is pleased to announce the creation of a training solution designed to push back on the real-world conditions accounting professionals face today.  The Hippo Leadership Campus team has worked for the past year to create a  structured concept presentation format designed to encourage behavioral change - one hour at a time. 

Industry surveys indicate that professionals battle the time demands that deadlines create while at the same time maintaining some semblance of work/life balance. Work flow pinch points challenge the “People Skills” of even the most seasoned professional.  Most training programs just add to the stress.  Hippo Leadership Campus courses can be taken one hour at a time, and they are each NASBA compliant.  

Our thought leaders and Subject Matter Experts have been recruited from the most influential people from across the industry.  Some have created one hour while others have contributed courses that couple together to create up to four hours of instruction.  Each hour is a stand alone course and may be taken out of sequence.

Participants will automatically become part of a course community upon completion of any one hour course, and can share their thoughts and add to the solutions.  In addition, there is an option to further your depth of knowledge by requesting additional one-one coaching with the SME for any completed course.

The entire curriculum consists of 100 targeted hours based on more than 25 years of teaching and coaching experience. The core Hippo Leadership Campus team consists of practicing CPA’s, Professional Educators, and experienced Professional Coaches. 

We are currently in the process of developing a standard license agreement for each individual course with more than twenty of the thought leaders in the accounting industry.  At the present time we have NDA’s with six organizations to develop the first package of 25 individual courses. License agreements will be offered during July 2019 for a total of 30 – 50 courses with rolling release schedules from September 2019 through December 2019.  A second round of course offerings will be developed for release in 2020 for a total of 100 offerings.

Hippo Leadership Campus is scheduled to launch with Institutional and Organizational partners in early 2020.
