Course Design and Delivery

Hippo will provide course development and design services for all Subject Matter Experts. Guidelines have been developed for on-line video segments along with any materials that are required for course completion.  All materials will meet or exceed NASBA credentialing criterion.

The presentation process and evaluation tools have been designed to engage and encourage the participant to succeed. Participants can re-visit any segment and re-enter answers to a bank of questions to improve their performance on any or all sections. Generation of the questions will be linked to each of the key objectives for that course.

Each one-hour course outline regardless of content emphasis will follow the same basic outline:

  1. Introduction

  2. Reflection

  3. Real-World examples

  4. Applying what you have learned

  5. Planning to Succeed

  6. Testing What You Know

The course will utilize a multi media format designed to engage the participant in the content and the application of that content once the course is complete.  Each segment builds on the next leading to the participant understanding what it takes to implement this new idea or behavior in the workplace.

Each participant will receive feedback concerning their success, along with a print-out of their responses to the key content elements, including their plan for success.  Peer-Tree will maintain a record of each participant’s courses for a rolling three year period from the date of the first course. In this way, participants can re-enter their files to review their responses and print out certificates.
