Deidre Koppelman

Since founding PEAR Core Solutions, a global human resources management consulting firm, Deidre has worked closely with managing partners, senior level executives, business owners and organizational teams in the professional services industry. Deidre and the PEAR™ team provide strategic human capital counsel including HR legal compliance, morale and culture initiatives and growth and development inside firms of all sizes. In addition to traditional HR solutions, Deidre puts her focus into organizational development, leadership development and behavioral analytics for her clients. Deidre is one of 6 individuals in the State of New York that is a Kolbe® Certified Consultant.

Prior to founding PEAR™ in 2003, Deidre served as President of a direct marketing catalog company, where she oversaw the operations and strategic direction of the 85-person organization. Deidre previously held various positions at Time Warner, NBC, GE Capital and Doubleday.

Currently, Deidre is a national speaker for Vistage International; a group dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of Chief Executives. Deidre is always on the path to increase her knowledge so that she can share what she learns with every client. Her well-developed “tool box” allows her to be creative in helping her clients solve their most difficult challenges. Deidre provides insight and confidence to all she works with in order to help assist with creating the changes necessary to achieve results.
